Wet electrostatic dust removeris a new dust removal equipment used to deal with trace dust and micro-particles, which is mainly used to remove dust, acid fog, water droplets, aerosols, odors, PM2.5 and other harmful substances in wet gases, and is an ideal equipment for controlling atmospheric dust pollution. Wet electrostatic precipitator is usually referred to as WESP, the basic principle of dust removal with dry electrostatic precipitator is the same, to experience corona discharge, dust charging, charged dust collection and dust cleaning four complex and interrelated physical processes.
(1) Unique matching method
The ultra-wide closed C-shaped plate is used to match the line of minnow bone, which has the advantages of high strength, wide and smooth surface and easy to form continuous water film. The cathode adopts fishbone wire, and has the characteristics of low corona current and high corona current, which is conducive to the washing system to wash the adsorbed dust on its surface.
(2) Spray water atomization system
The optimized spray water atomization system is adopted to achieve the best control of spray water atomization effect, spray pressure and flow rate. Under the premise of ensuring effective charging of dust, condensation of fine dust particles and smooth cleaning, the spray system saves 30% water compared with similar equipment, the nozzle is not easy to clog, and the reliability is good.
(3) Mechanical water removal device
A special combination dewatering device is arranged in the outlet of the wet electrostatic precipitator, which can remove the mechanical water (droplets) in the flue gas, so that the mechanical water content in the flue gas can reach the level below 15mg/Nm³. Removing a large amount of mechanical water (droplets) in the flue gas tail gas can effectively increase the lifting height of the flue gas.
(4) Waste water treatment and recycling system
The spray washing wastewater discharged by WESP enters the waste water tank located at the lower part of the equipment, and is treated by dosing, flocculation, precipitation, filtration, etc., and then returns to the WESP water storage tank for recycling.
